This Cancellation & Refunds Policy (“Policy“) outlines the terms and conditions for canceling your account, requesting refunds, and managing your subscription with Steal Prompt (http://https://stealprompt.com).
Please read this Policy carefully along with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. REFUND ELIGIBILITY & TERMS
2.1 General Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all paid credit purchases and subscriptions.
Refund Eligibility:
- Refund request must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
- Refund available for any reason (no questions asked)
- Available for all paid plans (Basic, Standard, Professional, Enterprise)
- NOT available for free tier (Starter plan)
2.2 Credit Usage Restriction
Refund is NOT available if:
- You have used more than 20% of the credits in the package you purchased
- Example: If you purchased 100 credits, and used more than 20 credits, refund is not eligible
How we calculate credit usage:
- Credits used = Credits deducted from your account for accessing prompts
- Unused credits = Credits remaining in your account
- If unused credits are less than 80% of original package, refund is not eligible
2.3 Free Tier (Starter Plan)
Refund Policy for Free Users:
- The free tier (Starter plan) is completely free
- No refunds applicable (as there is no purchase)
- You can use the free tier indefinitely at no cost
- Cancellation of free account does not trigger any refund
2.4 Accidental Upgrades
If you accidentally upgraded to a paid plan:
- We will review your usage
- If you have NOT used more than 20% of credits, refund is eligible
- If you have used more than 20% of credits, refund is not eligible
- Submit refund request within 7 days of the accidental upgrade
3. PROMOTIONAL & DISCOUNTED PURCHASES
3.1 Launch Offer Purchases
For purchases made during promotional periods (e.g., launch specials):
- 7-day money-back guarantee applies
- Refund amount = actual amount you paid (discounted price)
- Processing fees may apply (see Section 3.3)
Example:
- Launch offer: 100 credits for $4.99 (regular price $8.99)
- You paid: $4.99
- Refund amount: $4.99 (not $8.99)
3.2 Coupon & Discount Code Credits
Credits obtained through coupons or discount codes:
- NOT refundable under any circumstances
- Only credits purchased with money are refundable
- If your package includes both purchased credits and coupon credits, only the purchased portion is refundable
3.3 Processing Fees
Refunds are subject to payment gateway and bank processing fees:
- Payment gateway fees: 2-3%
- Bank fees: 0-2% (varies by bank)
- These fees are deducted from your refund amount
- We are not responsible for these fees; they are imposed by payment processors and banks
Example:
- You paid: $100
- Refund requested: $100
- Processing fee (2.5%): -$2.50
- You receive: $97.50
4. RECURRING SUBSCRIPTIONS (FUTURE FEATURE)
4.1 Recurring Subscription Refund Policy
For recurring/subscription plans (available from Month 2 onward):
- 7-day money-back guarantee applies to the first billing cycle
- Refund available if subscription is cancelled within 7 days
- After 7 days, no refund for the current billing cycle
- Cancellation can be done anytime (see Section 5)
4.2 Subscription Cancellation
To cancel a recurring subscription:
- Log into your account
- Go to Settings → Subscriptions
- Click “Cancel Subscription”
- Follow the confirmation steps
Upon cancellation:
- Current billing cycle will continue until its end date
- No refund for the current cycle (after 7 days)
- No charges for future cycles
- Your access remains active until the current cycle ends
4.3 Billing Cycle Refunds
First billing cycle (Days 1-7):
- Full refund available (minus processing fees)
- Any reason
After first billing cycle:
- NO refund available
- Cancellation takes effect after current cycle ends
- No pro-rata refunds
5. ACCOUNT CANCELLATION
5.1 How to Cancel Your Account
To delete/cancel your account:
- Log into your account
- Go to Settings → Account
- Click “Delete Account”
- Review the consequences
- Follow the confirmation steps
Alternatively, email us:
- Email: info@vibhaga.com with subject “Account Cancellation Request”
- Include your account email and username
- Confirm that you want to permanently delete your account
5.2 Account Deletion Timeline
After you request account deletion:
- Your account access is immediately revoked
- Your personal data is retained for 30 days for security and backup purposes
- After 30 days, your personal data is deleted
- Basic financial records (email, username, order history) may be retained indefinitely for legal compliance
5.3 Remaining Credits After Cancellation
If you have unused credits in your account:
- Credits are forfeited upon account deletion
- NO refund is issued for remaining credits
- If you change your mind, you can contact us within 30 days to recover your account
5.4 Re-activating a Deleted Account
If you delete your account and change your mind:

- Provide your original email address
- We can recover your account during the 30-day period
- After 30 days, account recovery may not be possible
6. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
6.1 Refund Request Process
To request a refund:

Step 3: We will review your request
- We will verify your eligibility (within 7 days, <20% credits used)
- We will respond within 3-5 business days
- We will confirm approval or denial
Step 4: Refund processing
- If approved, refund is initiated automatically to your original payment method
- Refunds typically appear within 3-7 business days
- Processing time depends on your bank
6.2 Refund Status & Tracking
To check your refund status:
- Log into your account
- Go to Billing → Transaction History
- Look for refund status (Pending, Processed, or Failed)

7. REFUND PROCESSING & METHODS
7.1 Automatic Refund Processing
Standard refund method (automatic):
- Refund is processed automatically via your original payment gateway
- Payment methods supported:
- Stripe
- PayPal
- Razorpay
Refund appears in your account:
- Stripe: 3-5 business days
- PayPal: 3-7 business days
- Razorpay: 3-7 business days
7.2 Manual Refund Processing
If automatic refund fails:
- We will contact you within 7 business days
- We may process manual refund via alternative method
- We may request additional information (bank details, etc.)
- Manual refund processing may take longer (7-14 business days)
7.3 Refund to Original Payment Method
Refunds are ONLY issued to:
- The original payment method used for purchase
- The original cardholder’s bank account
- The original PayPal account
- The original Razorpay-linked account
We cannot:
- Refund to a different account
- Issue refunds as credits
- Issue refunds via alternative payment methods
8. BILLING DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS
8.1 Unauthorized Charges
If you see an unauthorized charge:

- Provide transaction details
- We will investigate within 7-10 business days
- We will issue a refund if the charge is confirmed as unauthorized
Do NOT initiate a chargeback without contacting us first.
8.2 Chargeback & Dispute Policy
If you request a refund from us AND dispute the charge with your bank/payment processor:
We will:
- Cooperate with payment processors and banks in their investigation
- Provide transaction records and evidence
- Defend our business interests
If the chargeback is processed against us:
- We will pursue appropriate legal action
- Your account will be PERMANENTLY BANNED
- You will be blacklisted from using our Platform
- You may face legal consequences for fraud
8.3 Multiple Chargeback Attempts
If you attempt multiple chargebacks or fraudulent disputes:
- Your account will be terminated immediately
- We will report the activity to payment processors and law enforcement
- We may pursue legal action for fraud
- You will be banned from creating new accounts
9. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following are NEVER refundable:
- Prompts already accessed or downloaded
- Credits already used (more than 20% of package)
- Free tier (Starter plan) usage
- Subscription fees (after 7-day period)
- Credits obtained through coupons or promotional codes
- Premium content already consumed
- Services already rendered
10. WHEN REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE
Refund is NOT available if:
✗ Request is submitted after 7 days of purchase
✗ You have used more than 20% of purchased credits
✗ You purchased the free tier (Starter plan)
✗ You purchased credits via coupon or discount code
✗ You have downloaded or accessed prompts
✗ You have violated Terms of Service
✗ Your account was terminated for violating policies
✗ You initiated a chargeback without contacting us
✗ Subscription period has ended (for recurring subscriptions after 7 days)
✗ You request refund more than 30 days after account deletion
11. SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES
11.1 Technical Issues
If a technical issue prevents you from using the Platform:

- We will investigate the issue
- If the issue is confirmed and prevents service use, refund may be granted even after 7 days
- Refund eligibility will be assessed case-by-case
11.2 Service Unavailability
If the Platform is unavailable for extended periods:

- If unavailability lasts more than 48 hours, you may request:
- Full refund
- OR account credit for service extension
- Choice will be at our discretion
11.3 Account Hacked or Compromised
If your account is hacked and credits are used fraudulently:

- Provide evidence of unauthorized access
- We will investigate
- Refund may be granted for fraudulent usage (outside 7-day window)
- You must secure your account and change your password
12. TAX & LEGAL COMPLIANCE
12.1 Tax Implications

- We are not responsible for tax implications of refunds
- Consult a tax professional regarding your refund
- Refunds do not include recovery of any taxes paid
12.2 Financial Records
Even after account deletion or refund:
- We retain basic financial records for compliance:

- Username
- Transaction history
- Order details
- Refund records
- These records are kept indefinitely for legal, tax, and audit purposes
- Records are protected by encryption and access controls

17.1 Currency & Exchange Rates
- Refunds are issued in the currency you paid (USD)
- We are not responsible for currency conversion or exchange rate fluctuations

- Fees are not refundable
